Ever wonder how to stamp on candles? I did. And then I tried it and the truth is I love the results. Beautiful flowers, butterflies and Santa, that I can make matching pieces framed projects to go with it. And talk about a great Christmas gift? You can sit it on glass, or put a few pieces of greenery around them and your handmade gift is done. I just love it.
I will include a video on how to stamp on candles, but first I want to help you get all your supplies ready.
- white tissue paper
- wax paper
- candle that your stamped surface will fit on. (Just a note about your candles. It is best to get the ones that are poured, not dipped. Dipped candles often crumble and do not hold up very well.)
- Stampin Write Markers
- stamp
- ink pad
- block
- piercing pad/stamping mat
- heat tool
I am willing to bet you have most of these already in your craft room, but if not come shop with me. Now, let’s take a look at how to stamp on candles.
As you can see, stamping just took a turn to something fun.

I just love how these candles came out. I am thinking I may need to do a few more, after all I want some for myself.
Be sure you are following me on the 12 Weeks of Christmas. With your help, I have my Youtube Channel up and running. I know it seems crazy but we are on week 5. That means Christmas is only 7 weeks away. Stop in and see what other great ideas we have been enjoying this season. Check out this playlist now.
Thank you for stopping by,
