Positive Thoughts Scrapbook Page is created with dies, punches and lots of flowers. The designer series paper is the In Good Taste and it grounds my page. But the real special texture in the page comes from the color velveteen paper.

You will love the way this feels. The colors Cinnamon Cider, Highland Heather and Soft Sea foam are all great color.

A few questions, I am often asked.

1-  “Can you stamp on the velveteen paper.”     Yes, you can stamp on the velveteen paper, however, you need to give it a minute more to dry. And I really do mean a minute more.  I stamped on the Soft Sea Foam with Garden Green ink on each of these Forever Greenery Stamp set.

Positive Thoughts Scrapbook Page Of note, the soft Sea Foam is stamped in Garden Green ink. Also I have used the mesh ribbon to brighten up the page.

Even though this is a close up of  Positive Thoughts Scrapbook page, it would also make a great card. I have always thought that every scrapbook page is just a larger version of a several great card.

2-  What happens if I die cut it with a die that will emboss?  We have a 4th color of velvet paper, Real Red. And yes you can make some great, beautiful shapes. Take a look at how awesome these poinsettia flowers look.

 

3- How does it feel? Well now that is a tough one!. It feels liked velvet. LOL!! What can I say. This card stock has a feel of its own. You are going to need to purchase it to see just how great the Velveteen Card stock is on your projects.
