Having FuN with the Mini Catalog is coming your way as soon as January 3rd, 2020. What could be better than a new designed catalog, with an index and so many great new refreshing products. I would love to show you some great features about this catalog; things you may not have seen before.
Join me as we take a look at all the secrets
hidden in this 2020 New mini Catalog.
Page 2 Bottom left corner, you will find a quick reference of what is in this catalog. Things like suites, kits, inspiration pages and my favorite; catalog at a glance. I also love this cute little red dot (make it simple) icon. This red icon shows you quick and simple projects, that you can do with minimal effort. And great to do with the kids or grandkids.
Pages 3-7 Are a list of Bundles. How awesome is that. Each bundle has it’s own sample project, a look at the complete bundle, page number and the price at 10% off. I love that but, being able to see both the stamp set and die cuts or punch next to each other is a great way to see what you can do with that bundle.
Starting on page 8-11 is our first suite. But let’s look at what each suite page has in store for you. Right by the name of the suite is a icon with and arrow in it. That means Stampin’ Up has created a video on YouTube to show you more about the suite. Here is the one for the From My Heart Suite. This videos give you a close up look at all the products in a suite.
I am one of those “GOT TO Have It ALL” gals!!! So can you image how excited I was to learn I could order the whole suite with just one item number. (I have asked for one item number to order the entire catalog, but they said “NO”.) hehe
Fun things on Page 11 has a hidden tool. Check out the lower right corner. There it is the 3D Embossing Folder Plate. You will love using this when you are embossing with our new 3D embossing folders. This makes the embossing so much nicer. There it is, all tucked in the corner.
Secrets are hid throughout
As we move forward to page 12 you will find another secret in the bottom left corner. This floating heart die is awesome, on both cards and scrapbook pages. Here is a sneak peak of this months scrapbook page using the detailed Hearts die.
Let’s keep looking. Parisian Blossoms Suite. OH I also most forgot, do you see those color swatches? Those are the colors that coordinate with the designer series paper. Every suite has some awesome paper, and now you don’t need to try to read that small print. This old eyes, love the color swatches. And this suite has 2 great bundles to choice from. Looking at page 16. Have you ever noticed how sometimes, the stamps are highlight. There is a reason for that! The ones that are highlighted are the ones that have coordinating dies. Now there is no questions about what has a die cut and what does not.
Find a great set of stitched frames. Hidden on page 20, in the left hand corner, is a wonderful set. and notice the grayed stamp set that coordinates with these dies. This is a great bundle, one you will be enjoying year round.
Page 23 has one of my favorite kind of stamp sets.
This card was made with three stamp sets that offer you a ton of ways to use. The Waterfront from the Annual Catalog, gave us our first chance to explore. Then we saw the Snow Front stamp set with all the lovely snow covered features. And now we have My Meadow. Putting them together was my way of celebrating the freedom this sort of stamp set gives you.
Now don’t skip the great border punch on page 29. Got to love the braided trellis that is going to be perfect on all your cards and scrapbook pages.
Having FuN with the Mini Catalog and finding all those hidden items.
Now there are a ton of great products on every page, and it is the hidden ones I want to bring to your attention. One of the most longed for products is found on page 45 on the right hand side. YES! it is our new Paper Trimmer. I have had the privilege of using it for the last month or so and I am very happy with this new cutter. I really thing you are going to love it too. But most of all I love the lower price on this trimmer.
A new feature starts on page 62-65 show you how to maximize the kit stamps. All of these projects have been made using the stamp set from the kits. Take a minute and look over all these beautiful projects. And remember they are made from stamp set you received with your kit purchase. “How Suite It Is” shows all the suites used with each other. Thinking outside the box by bring it all together. I love these projects, they are so inspiring.
And of course we saved the best for last. I am willing to bet that I destroy at least two occasion catalogs flipping the pages looking for that one item. But not this year. In the back of the catalog is an index of all the stamps, punches, dies, embossing folders, ribbons and accent embellishments. Plus each one has the page number, item number and cost. This rounds up one great catalog.
