ENJOYING ABOVE THE CLOUDS! for cards and scrapbook pages. Have you over looked the fun of creating with Hot Air Balloon. If so now is the time to enjoy the Above the Clouds bundle. I just love making hot air balloons, and with this bundle, it is easy peasy. Let’s see what times Brian has to offer.
Let’s see what we can do using some of Brian’s ideas. As you know this is one of my favorite folds. So there is no wonder I got super excited when I saw this card by Bronwyn Eastley. Order Above the Clouds
Notice how instead of using paper to do the reverse piece she used the window sheets. I love how it makes the hot air balloon appear to be floating. As Brian showed us, this stamp set gives you just the right amount of color change creating a light to dark effect. Using the Bright Stamp and Write Markers I was able to add a to the small balloons. You simply color right on the stamp, now you have a small amount of color. See Stamp N Write markers
Using monotone color, Seaside spray, combined with stamping off, brings this card to life. The Aqua Painter and Pattern Party Decorative Mask make creating the sky easy. Remember to not let your brush get too wet.
Enjoying Above the Cloud
The hot air balloon punch can be used in so many different ways. You will love having it in your craft room. When making these magnolia flower larger, I used the Hot Air Balloon punch. Each of the outer layers were made with the punch. You can add additional layers making the flower larger. Enjoying above the cloud is easy when you just use your imagination. Other ways to enjoy above the clouds. Turn the punched paper upside down to create other designs. Like Santa’s Bag, an onion, an avocado, and the list goes on. What do you see yourself building from this punch?
